(Inside the Community Center Building, entrance is located thru the parking lot)

*Registration Process Summary
We only Accept Team Registrations in the Spring. Please fill out this form if you would like to place your child on the spring waiting list
Players will be cleared from the waiting list based on when they are first added to the list. Once space is available you will be contacted to complete your application online. However, since additional teams are created based on parent volunteer coaches and referees, those volunteers are given priority from the waiting list.
Spring Regional Program Registrations:
Season Runs: 04/06/2019 to 06/01/2019
**DATES AND GAME DAYS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF TEAMS/CHILDREN REGISTERED
**GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT DIFFERENT CLOSE BY LOCATIONS
FEES: $45.00 returning Fall 2018 players / $65.00 for new players (did not play in the Fall )
**Fees include REGISTRATION ONLY, do not include Uniform. Team has the option to use the same uniform used in the Fall season & new players can purchase the same uniform.
