Registration Fees Details

Full Registration : **Full Registration means parent will NOT be participating in fundraiser and is unable to volunteer.

Fall Registration closes 6/30/2016

• Participating in fundraiser: Pay only the partial registration fee and turn in fundraiser money by the specified due date.
• Not Participating: If “opting out”, you are able to check this option and pay the $25 opt-out fee during the online registration process to cover the registration in full.

Non Resident Fee:

Mandatory $10.00 Non Resident Fee applies to players who DO NOT reside in the City of Lynwood.

Volunteering

Parent Participation is required!
No Coaches  = No Team  &  No Referees = No Games

We are an ALL Volunteer organization. Everyone volunteers!

No experience Necessary. More details are listed in the Parent Participation Form.

Minimum Commitment PER HOUSEHOLD is 5 hours.

           

 Registration Process

EACH PLAYER NEW AND RETURNING MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE

A.   Player Application Instructions

1. Go to www.eayso.org
2. Select “My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer”
3. In the “Choose a region” screen, select the first option, “I want my child(ren) to play in region" Enter 1288.
4. Enter Your child's date of birth (DOB) and gender.
5. Click on Next to continue
6. In the Parent Jobs screen, select a volunteer position either under your child’s name or Job Not child specific.
7. Follow instructions to sign the form electronically  (e-signature)
8. Make your payment online, select all options that apply (credit card or e-check. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your credit card is billed)

B.   Volunteer Application Instructions (Read How to be a Volunteer)

•  After you have completed the player application form, complete a volunteer application
• From the Home Page. Select “Apply as a new adult volunteer” if you are a new volunteer or select "Apply as a returning Adult Volunteer"
• Follow the instruction to complete the form.
• At  the volunteer job screen, select a volunteer job under your child and Jobs not child specific
• Sign form electronically 

We need the following to complete your registration and assign your child to a team:

• Completed player application (3) copies
• Completed Parent Volunteer application (or $25 participation opt-out payment) (2) copies
• Payment (online)
• Proof of Address (copy per player)  examples include: Water Bill , Property Tax Bill, ID with Lynwood Address, Gas /Electric Bill, School correspondence
• Age verification document (copy of birth certificate, passports, medical record, etc. )
